Monty was a rescue dog adopted by Tracy in June 2020 from Fuzzy Friends Rescue in Waco, Texas.

In October 2021, Tracy and Monty travelled from Austin, Texas via Boston, Massachusetts on to Dublin, Ireland and finally Cork.
